Where do the items ship from?

We are a home based boutique located in Troy, Michigan, USA. Local pickup is also available, please contact us after order placement to arrange a pickup time.

 

Do you have a fit guide?

All items have a fit noted on the item page: slim, true to size, relaxed or oversized. These are selected based on my personal discretion to help you make the best decision. If an item is modeled by Ashley, her true top size is large (38DD Bra Size), pant size 10/12, and height is 5’ 7”.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information.

 
 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all non-sale items within 30 days of arrival to you. Items must be unwashed & unworn. A prepaid return label will be sent to you, once it arrives to us you will receive a full refund (shipping is non-refundable).

Where are your items made?

We work with a variety of USA clothing manufactures, most are made in the Los Angeles, CA area. A few items are sourced from overseas, and will be noted on each item page.

 

How do I return or exchange for a different size?

Contact us through the “connect with us page”, email us at southblvdboutique@gmail.com or you can message us on social media. We will respond quickly on the next steps.

Can I shop in person?

We are working on pop-up events that will be held seasonally. Follow us on facebook to hear about our next event.

 
 

What if I receive a defective item?

Please contact us immediately if you notice a flaw on an item. We do our best to inspect every item, and there are rarely defects. If you are unhappy with anything we will work with you to find the best solution.
